Order processing times
All orders take between 1 to 3 business days. Orders received after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic and international shipping options
We currently ship to countries within the European Union (see the full list at the bottom of this page). United Kingdom, Switzerland and Andorra will be added soon.

Potential service interruptions
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control. If this happens, we will notify you by email with an updated estimated delivery date or the appropriate next steps.
Order tracking
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information, along with details on who to contact should any issue arise during delivery.
