Shipping policy

Order processing times.

All orders take between 1 to 3 business days (Orders received after 6 pm will be processed the next business day).

Domestic and international shipping options.

We ship to the European Union (full country list at then bottom). UK & Andorra soon to be added :)

You will find at the checkout different shipping options & prices depending from where is your order being completed.

Shipping costs. 

Free shipping over €130 applies only for UE. For UK & Andorra you must complete a €200 order for free shipping.

When ordering from UK you might face import duties. Usually it's all prepaid by us at the courier. But we are not responsible for any extra fees to pay for customs.

Local delivery options.

For Spanish costumers, you will be able to chose the pick-up point that works best for you at the checkout page.

Returns, changes, and cancellations.

Potential service interruptions.

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. If this happens we will inform you via email new estimated dates or how to proceed. 

Order tracking details.

After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking information and where to contact if anything happens to the package.
